How to run the app or installer on Windows 10 or higher

1. Download the software only from the official NejedNiko project page or its built-in updater.
2. Before running the downloaded executable, right-click it and choose Properties.
3. On the General tab, find the security message near the bottom, select Unblock, then choose Apply and OK.[img:/img/inserts/projects/software/image_2.png]
4. Run the executable. If Windows asks for confirmation, verify that the file came from NejedNiko before continuing. Never disable Windows security globally.

This is unfortunately necessary because NejedNiko currently does not have a software signing certificate and getting it would be expensive. You may support NejedNiko on the support page to help achieving this goal and making it easier for everybody.
