Welcome to NejedNiko.cz! Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the site. By accessing or using NejedNiko.cz, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website you confirm that you are at least 16 years old, or that you have obtained verifiable parental or guardian consent to use the site. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use NejedNiko.cz.

2. Copyright and Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all content on NejedNiko.cz - including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, downloads, software, and data compilations - is the property of Nikola Nejedlý and is protected under Czech and EU copyright law. All rights reserved.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, or exploit any content without explicit written permission, except as permitted by applicable law (e.g. private study, quotation with attribution).

3. Data Collection, Analytics, and Security

NejedNiko.cz operates its own server-side analytics and security system (NNShield) to:

• Count unique daily visitors and page views
• Analyse browser, device, and OS types for compatibility
• Detect and automatically block malicious bots, vulnerability scanners, and SQL injection attempts
• Log security errors and unauthorized access attempts
• Track download access for abuse prevention

This processing is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest in maintaining a secure, functional, and well-understood website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). No third-party advertising networks or tracking pixels are used. Admin users are excluded from all analytics tracking.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its infrastructure
• Use automated tools to scrape, mirror, or systematically download site content without written permission
• Submit SQL injection, XSS, or other malicious payloads - doing so is a criminal offence under Czech law (Act No. 40/2009 Coll., Criminal Code)
• Interfere with the proper functioning of NejedNiko.cz or its hosting infrastructure
• Send spam, harassment, threats, or inappropriate content through the messaging system
• Upload files you do not own or have rights to distribute
• Impersonate another person or entity

5. Messaging System

By using the messaging system, you agree to:

• Use it responsibly and lawfully
• Respect file size limits (5 MB for users, 512 MB for admins)
• Only upload files you have the rights to share
• Understand that messages are stored until manually deleted by sender or recipient

6. Security Monitoring Consent

By using this site you acknowledge that automated security monitoring is in operation. Requests exhibiting malicious patterns (including but not limited to SQL injection payloads, WordPress/CMS vulnerability probes, REST API enumeration, and coordinated multi-IP scanning) will be automatically blocked and logged. This is consistent with EU Directive 2013/40/EU on attacks against information systems.

7. Inventory Cloud

Registered users may use the Inventory Cloud feature to upload files as inventory items, organize them into pockets, preview supported images, export inventory metadata, and share selected inventory access with other registered users.

By using Inventory Cloud, you agree that:

• You will only upload files you own or have the legal right to store and share
• You will not upload malware, exploit payloads, illegal material, or content that violates the rights of others
• Shared inventory access is your responsibility; only share files with people who are allowed to receive them
• Inventory files are account-bound and require login, but no online service can be guaranteed to be perfectly private or permanently available
• Storage limits may apply, and files may be unavailable during maintenance, abuse prevention, or technical failures

8. External Application Pairing

Registered users may optionally pair approved NejedNiko.cz external applications, including Obeyra, with their account. External pairing is disabled by default. You must explicitly enable the checkbox under Account settings > External permissions and approve the pairing request before a connection can be created.

By enabling or using external pairing, you acknowledge that:

• The paired application may read and write data only within the scopes shown during authorization
• You are responsible for initiating pairing only from an application you trust and for protecting that application's local token storage
• NejedNiko.cz will reject pairing, token exchange, refresh, and authenticated external access while the External permissions checkbox is disabled
• Disabling External permissions revokes all existing external pairings immediately; you may also unlink from the external application
• Synchronization may create, update, or delete supported account data depending on the external operation you request, and interrupted or conflicting synchronization may require manual correction
• NejedNiko.cz is not responsible for an external application's independent storage, security, availability, or use of data after you authorize that application

9. Third-Party Libraries

NejedNiko.cz uses the following open-source libraries:

• STL Web Viewer 2 by Brent Yi - 3D model viewing (GitHub)
• Font Awesome 7 Free - icon toolkit
• ZenScroll - smooth scrolling
• Normalize.css - CSS baseline

All libraries are used under their respective open-source licenses.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The content on NejedNiko.cz is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no warranty regarding accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Czech law, NejedNiko.cz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site, including data loss, communication failures, or privacy breaches resulting from user misconduct.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via the site notification system where possible.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes arising from or related to use of NejedNiko.cz shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Czech Republic. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection rights under your country of residence are unaffected.
