Advík 25 has ended. And I am again, in the melancholic mood and would like to stay a little longer, yet ... 4 days is a lot.
I was not even in a costume and I felt like it's a lot. I appreciate all the cosplayers, their work is awesome. As a photo-guy, I picked some people for a little shoot, even was invited to a group photoshoot, which - I don't do, because I don't think I know how to coordinate and work with a group, but I hope everyone likes the results. It was the Arcane photoshoot! People loved the group and stopped us a few times to take pictures.
Anyway - hopefully all the photos will turn out to be great. I hope. I am very critical of my work, I need at least some kind of vibe with the picture to actually post it, but each of the people I shoot with gets the pictures (some day) and may or may not use them as they please
(I'd like to be mentioned tho).
I love the con feeling, the social aspect, the place, people ...
This year, Advík was a little more bland, but I don't really mind, I am running all over the place taking pictures all the time. Yet, it's true, the program wasn't as good as previous years, I liked the event anyway, so... Go Advík!
I had fun. Unfortunatelly, my fave, Maki, didn't make it, that was a bummer. But it's very understandable.
In the next ... a lot of time, I'll try to get through all the pictures taken and send them out to the people.
I slept like shit, totally mega bad, my head hurt a lot and I forgot to drink (wow) many times, so I might've been a little grumpy at times, but I tried not to -
And I still had fun! I hope everyone had fun.
AND THE LOOT!
I've gathered a little, but it's something. I have a big picture of Rebecca from Jellypon, an amazing artist, who's style I like a lot. I've been speaking with her about my car
(named Rebecca) and potentially we might cooperate on making decals for it, which is awesome. I got a DnD dice, D20 with a fat Doge inside, from hadrdice, makes some awesome dice, really!
Oh ! And Also I got "Booty" pin from Jelly, pretty great, honestly.
Unfortunately I didn't find any good coaster designs, so I didn't get those.
All-n-all, I look forward to the next one.
And If I have the time and money, possibly in cosplay ? Who knows.
For now I am spent. Exhausted.
